My foray into blogging starts, I hope for it to remain simple, and celebrate the adventure that is my early retirement.
A little bit of background my name is Simon and I have been married to Sandra since 1988, I was a qualified Chartered Structural Engineer with my own practice.
As I approach 60 Sandra and I decided it was time to enjoy life, and spend time together doing what we wanted and when we wanted.
We made the decision to move from our main home in Surrey and relocate to our little house on the coast in Kent where the adventure now begins.
